#1 - They bought out MBNA, my credit card company.
#2 - They made my account inaccessible for the last several days with no warning.
#3 - They're closing MBNA's web-based netaccess site and migrating us to the BOA site.
#4 - They sent out new credit cards with different expiration dates for the sole purpose of changing the phone number on the back of the card.
BOA, you stink!
I'm not sure why I adopted it, but my new favorite exclamation is "Stinky" (taken from "You Stinker" at the end of David E. Kelley Productions television shows.*) I'm also known to throw around the original phrase.
*According to an article published in the Minneapolis Star-Tribune, the woman is David E. Kelley's grandmother Mildred, 97, and she's saying "You stinker!" It was one of her favorite phrases. Kelley lived with Mildred while he attended law school, and he remains close to her.
