UPDATE 3: OfficeMax Sucks: BBB Complaint
Having not heard from either OfficeMax or the BBB since I sent my rebuttal letter, I sent a quick email to the BBB Arbitration Manager in charge of the investigation, to find out the current status of my complaint.
I received your letter dated August 5, 2004, regarding this OfficeMax
complaint (16004134), and sent in a rebuttal within a few days.
However, I have not heard back since then. Please update me as to the
status of this complaint.
She quickly replied:
Your rebuttal was sent to the company for response. They notified me they
are working to get this complaint resolved. Hopefully, I will have an
answer soon.
Is there hope of getting proper restitution?
