OT: Latkes, Already?

We're having an Thanksgiving pot-luck lunch today, and I was trying to figure out what to make, when someone from my office suggested "those yummy round potato things." So, last night I got out the blender and frying pan, and made enough latkes to eat a bunch, and still have 72 left to bring in.
